Hiring-market fit, not personality
Every score maps to a measurable Germany labor-market signal: sector demand (BA vacancy data), salary distribution (Destatis), or visa pathway (Bundesregierung Skilled Immigration Act). No personality tests, no horoscopes.
Task-decomposition for AI risk
Following Acemoglu (MIT) and Brynjolfsson (Stanford), AI risk is computed from your role's task profile + sector AI exposure. We never score the job title alone.
Branched verdicts, not generic advice
